The terms and conditions of the Accommodation Reservation within the on-line system www.e-ticket.pl Any person willing to make use of the on-line system of Accommodation reservation is obliged to acknowledge these below Regulations. Acceptance of Reservation (submitting the Reservation Form) shall be unequivocal with obeying these Regulations. Definitions: ------------------ SYSTEM - a System of on-line accommodation booking, which makes it possible to book hotel accommodation at hotels for the time of a given event. CUSTOMER - an individual, or a legal person using System in order to make a hotel-room reservation. OPERATOR - a legal entity in possession of rights to distribute accommodation with usage of SYSTEM. ACCOMMODATION DICTIONARY- a collection of all accommodation offered with registered stay-data, the hotel-level (stars number), and a guaranteed price of a given stay. PERSONAL ACCESS CODE - an original number enabling CUSTOMER to monitor their reservation at any time chosen. INFORMATION: - In order to make the stay of arriving fans a pleasant one, for the time of an event SYSTEM shall carry accommodation booking of hotel-rooms. We shall do our best to fulfil CUSTOMER's requests. We offer you accommodation at hotels of a wide range of levels and in accordance with price of accommodation. - Accommodation prices offered here have been negotiated with hotels' management. The accommodation price shall include breakfast (free pick-up bar). - Accommodation is guaranteed. - Rooms offered are single and double rooms with bath and TV-set. - The hotels shall be provided with restaurants and lounge bars. - Accommodation Dictionary offers you information about the type of a given hotel, and the price. - System shall enable you to book only the accommodation (without event's ticket) and shall be offered to journalists, riders and other official persons, and speedway-fans. - Accommodation may also be booked while choosing ticket type using CHOOSE TICKET option on Main Page of System. - Additionally we shall execute other individual requests of Customer. In order to obtain accommodation different from stated in System's offer, a request should be submitted to biuro @ eurobilet.com with stating of your personal data and your requirements. - A hotel-night shall start at 14.00, and it shall end at 11.00 of the following day. ACCOMMODATION BOOKING - CUSTOMER may book accommodation with the usage of internet only. - Accommodation booking shall be made through filling and submitting Reservation Form. - All consequences resulting from faulty data presentation in Reservation Form shall be fully ascribed to CUSTOMER. ACCOMMODATION CONFIRMATION - Accommodation confirmation shall be an commission payment made by Customer. System shall guarantee that each and every on-line accommodation payment issued in conformity with time arranged, and with filling of Reservation Form shall be executed on grounds stated in Accommodation Dictionary. - Accommodation confirmation (hotel and stay) shall be delivered to Customer with e-mail and/or may be checked by Customer entering their Personal Access Code in YOUR RESERVATION option. FORM AND CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT - Payment for commission shall be carried in Polish currency. Prices stated in Euro shall be of informative function. - All payment shall be carried in Polish currency (PLN Zloty). In case of payment outside of The Republic of Poland the transaction-value shall be automatically counted over into the Polish currency and deduced in accordance with the rate of exchange on the day of payment transaction. - CREDIT CARD - authorisation and settling shall be carried by means of a terminal located on SYSTEM'S web-site through direct connection with PolCard Company server by a 128-bit encoded protocol. In case of no positive result of authorisation, the booking shall be cancelled. BANK TRANSFER - Following acceptance of Reservation Form, all data necessary to Reservation payment as well as Personal Access Codeľenabling you to monitor your reservation within System, shall be displayed on-screen. Customer shall be obliged to make the bank transfer within term specified by System. - Should Customer include their e-mail address in the Reservation Form, System shall automatically send to the stated address information on the concluded transaction, and it shall define conditions of payment. INVOICE - Customer shall receive a hotel bill in accordance with paid booking. On Customer's request the hotel shall form an invoice in compliance with Tax Law regulations. Any additional hotel service (not included in the order), e.g. sports/recreational facilities, mini bar, paid TV-channels, etc., shall be settled by Customer directly at the hotel. CUSTOMER's PERSONAL ACCESS CODE - CUSTOMER WITHIN SYSTEM shall be granted permanent access to their reservation with the use of "Your Reservation" option. After inserting their PERSONAL ACCESS CODE, CUSTOMER'S current reservation status may be checked. Access link to this option may be found on Main Page of SYSTEM. - PERSONAL ACCESS CODE shall be generated following the process of reservation (it should be written down off-screen or remembered from message sent to the stated e-mail address). - CUSTOMERS shall be obliged to secure their PERSONAL ACCESS CODE and not to take any actions aiming at or resulting in cracking the codes of other CUSTOMERS WITHIN SYSTEM. CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION - Each and every unpaid reservation shall be automatically cancelled subsequently to validity-period expiry. PERSONAL DATA Personal data administrator shall be the operator of System, and the hotel at which Customer shall stay. In compliance with the Law of Personal Data Protection, the data shall be stored and processed in accordance with all necessary safety precautions fulfilling requirements of the Polish law. ACCEPTANCE OF BOOKING CONDITIONS - Customer's submitting of Reservation shall be unequivocal with acknowledging, comprehending and accepting of these Regulations thoroughly. RESPONSIBILITY SCOPE - Each and every person acting in accordance with SYSTEM and these Regulations, and using the electronic system, can make a reservation. - The operator shall assume that each and every client of SYSTEM should use it for actual reservation, and that they should present only genuine data. - Customer shall perform solicitude for keeping secret all data necessary for their unequivocal identification. - ORGANISER shall take no responsibility for results of Customer's revealing their personal data to a third party. - The office may not be held responsible for no-access to System due to reasons external and independent of it. - In state of emergency, the operator shall have the right to limit the access to System temporarily up to elimination of occurring malfunctionin ============================================================= PH JUREX - Biuro Rezerwacji, NIP 894-008-03-35.
