                                            System of an internet reservation
                                           and sale of tickets for mass events
                                          www.e-ticket.pl  and  www.eurobilet.com
                                (System for distribution of tickets inside and outside Poland)

The System of internet reservation and sale of tickets for mass events (furtheron referred to
as SYSTEM) we suggest, enables the Organiser to undertake a ticket-sale long before the
actual printing of the tickets without the necessity of investing in expensive software,
any special training for employees, etc. The process of ticket distribution within the 
pre-sale system is constantly monitored. Money gained from a ticket-sale is transferred 
onto the Organiser's account, which enables the Organiser to be in possession of it before
the event's assigned date. Whereas our company's business is settling and preparation for 
distribution, i.e. a courier delivery, a preparation of ticket-reception at the ticket-office 
(Kasa INFO) before the event. SYSTEM is designed for reservation and sales of tickets for 
numbered-seats (specified by a Customer) and is in possession of means excluding a possibility
of double ordering of the same seat. Such places are independent from the type of stadium, 
sports-arena, etc. Additionally, SYSTEM can view Organiser-pointed seats, which enables 
Customers to pick a seat of their choice. Another convenience is an automatic cancellation 
of unpaid reservations after their validity date. Thanks to the said, all charts and statistics 
remain updated and clear. Customers are also enabled to make all payments with their credit cards. 
The authorisation and settling are performed in a safe way with the usage of a terminal 
installed on SYSTEM'S page via direct connection with a PolCard's server by means of a 128-bit 
protocol. A customer's payment performed via the terminal is then transferred onto the 
Organiser's account.
Each and every ticket sale within SYSTEM is performed in Polish and English, which makes 
it a facilitation for fans/Customers outside Poland (esp. after Poland's accession to the 
EU and unimpeded state entrance). Together with the ticket sales, there is also performed 
an accommodation booking providing potential customers with a few days of a comfortable stay. 
On the basis of a contract with the ORBIS group, the accommodation is reserved at high-rate 
hotels, and a stay's price (negotiated by us) is lower than the usual price.
Organiser has a direct access to the SYSTEM through a panel enabling them to control the sales 
in a real time as well as charts and statistics on the sales. A great advantage of the SYSTEM 
is the possibility of simultaneous reservation and sales of tickets for numerous events 
advertising one another. This SYSTEM came effective and reliable for and during an internet 
distribution of tickets for Speedway Grand Prix events (app. 30 thousand spectators) and 
other minor meetings (Testimonials, Cups, and voting-balls).

Technical conditions for Organiser:
1.	Setting a link from Organiser's site to SYSTEM or presentation of direct 
    address: www.eurobilet.com
2.	Opening an account intended for ticket-sales service only with an in-view for 
    internet money-withdrawals.
3.	Signing a contract specifying rules and regulations for ticket reservation 
    and distribution within SYSTEM.

SYSTEM'S specifications:
Organiser shall describe the type and the title of the event, its date, time of 
commencement, as well as the type, the number and the prices of tickets, the ways 
of their payment, shall specify numbered seats, and shall present their e-mail 
address for customers' communication.
